Share a Ticket

Share a ticket with anyone — including people outside your organization — by generating a public link. No Zeltask account is required to view a shared ticket.

Steps

Step 1: Open the ticket

  1. Click Tickets in the left sidebar
  2. Select the ticket you want to share

  1. Click Share in the ticket detail header
  2. A public link is generated and ready to copy

Share the link via email, chat, or any other communication channel. The recipient can view the ticket information without logging in.

Use Cases

  • Share reports with vendors or contractors for coordination
  • Inform clients about the status of an incident or request
  • Facilitate collaboration with external teams that don't use Zeltask
