Share a Ticket
Share a ticket with anyone — including people outside your organization — by generating a public link. No Zeltask account is required to view a shared ticket.
Steps
Step 1: Open the ticket
- Click Tickets in the left sidebar
- Select the ticket you want to share

Step 2: Generate the public link
- Click Share in the ticket detail header
- A public link is generated and ready to copy

Step 3: Send the link
Share the link via email, chat, or any other communication channel. The recipient can view the ticket information without logging in.
Use Cases
- Share reports with vendors or contractors for coordination
- Inform clients about the status of an incident or request
- Facilitate collaboration with external teams that don't use Zeltask
