QR Code Types
The behavior after scanning depends on what the QR code is linked to:
External Channel QR
Scanning an external channel QR opens the public form for that channel. The form includes fields for Title, Description, Location, Media, Files, and — if enabled — Name and Email.
The created ticket will show the channel name as its Origin.
