Billing and Subscription
Manage your organization's subscription, payment methods, and invoices from the billing settings.
Accessing Billing Settings
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Billing

Subscription Plan
Zeltask offers a single plan called Premium, designed to cover all key platform functionalities.

Managing Users and Seats
Billing is based on the number of active users in your organization:
- Add or remove seats as your team grows or changes
- Seat changes are reflected in the next billing cycle
- You can adjust seats at any time from the billing settings

Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

For annual plans or enterprise agreements, custom payment terms can be arranged.
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Find the Payment Method section
- Click to update or add a new payment method
- Enter your payment details
- Save changes

Invoices
All invoices are available in the billing section and can be downloaded at any time.
Accessing Invoices
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Scroll to the Invoices section
- View your invoice history
- Click on any invoice to download as PDF

Automatic Invoice Delivery
Invoices are also automatically sent via email to the billing contact registered for your organization.
Tips
- Review your user count before billing cycle ends to avoid unexpected charges
- Annual billing typically offers cost savings over monthly billing
- Keep your billing contact email updated to receive invoices
- Download invoices for your records or accounting purposes
