Invite a User
Invite team members to join your organization in Zeltask. Each invited user receives an email to set up their account and access the platform.
Before You Start
- You need Admin permissions to invite users
- Have the user's email address ready
Accessing User Management
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Under Configuration, click Personas (People)

Steps
Step 1: Start the Invitation
- In the Personas view, click Invite People
- A modal opens for the invitation

Step 2: Enter the Email Address
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- This email will be used for their login credentials

Step 3: Assign to a Team (Optional)
You can optionally assign the person to a team during the invitation:
- Select a team from the dropdown
- This step is optional — users can also be added to teams later from the Equipos (Teams) section

Step 4: Send the Invitation
- Review the information
- Click Send Invitation
The invitation is sent via email. The new user appears in your people list with status Invited.

What Happens Next
- The invited person receives an email with instructions to join
- They create their account by setting a password
- Once they accept, their status changes from Invited to Active
- They can now log in and access Zeltask
Managing Invited Users
From the Personas list, you can:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View user details | See information entered during invitation |
| See last connection | Check when the user last accessed the platform |
| Edit user | Update user information |
| Delete user | Remove the user from the organization |
Filtering and Searching
Use the filters and search bar to find users:
- Filter by status — Invited, Active
- Filter by role — Permission level
- Search by name — First name or last name

Tips
- Use work email addresses for easier identification
- Invite users before creating teams — users must exist to be added to teams
- Check the Invited filter to follow up with users who haven't accepted yet
- Assign users to teams during invitation to save time
