What Are Assets?

In Zeltask, assets represent any equipment your organization needs to track—from production machinery to auxiliary systems, tools, and digital devices. The Assets module centralizes this information, giving teams visibility and reliable data at a glance.

Why Track Assets

Tracking assets in a structured system helps teams:

What Counts as an Asset

Asset Information

Each asset record includes:

  • Identity: Name, manufacturer, model, year
  • Location: Where the asset is installed
  • Documentation: Manuals, photos, warranty information
  • Relationships: Linked teams, vendors, spare parts
  • History: Actions performed, status changes, comments

Asset Status

Assets can have different operational statuses:
