Date, Time, and Currency

Configure how dates, times, and currency values are displayed across your organization in Zeltask. These settings ensure consistency for all users and accurate reporting.

Before You Start

  • You need Admin permissions to modify organization settings
  • Changes apply to all users in your organization

Accessing Local Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Under Organization Settings, click Local Settings

Available Settings

Configure the following options to match your organization's standards:

Configuring Your Settings

Step 1: Select Your Language

  1. In Local Settings, locate the Language dropdown
  2. Select your organization's primary language
  3. Click Save

Step 2: Set Your Timezone

  1. Locate the Timezone dropdown
  2. Select the timezone where your main operations are located
  3. Click Save

Step 3: Choose Date and Time Formats

  1. Select your preferred Date Format
  2. Select your preferred Time Format
  3. Click Save

Step 4: Set Default Currency

  1. Locate the Currency dropdown
  2. Select the currency used for cost tracking
  3. Click Save

Tips

  • Choose settings that match your organization's primary location
  • If your organization operates across multiple timezones, select the timezone of your headquarters or main plant
  • Date and time formats should match what your team uses in daily operations
