What Are Vendors?

Vendors are external providers and suppliers that your organization works with for services, materials, maintenance, or specialized support.

Why It Matters​

Operations often depend on external providers for equipment servicing, spare parts supply, specialized repairs, or contracted services. Without a centralized system, contact information gets scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and personal notes. This makes it difficult to track communications, find the right contact quickly, or maintain a clear record of vendor relationships.

How It Works in Zeltask​

The Vendors module lets you register every external provider your organization works with. Each vendor record includes the company name, description, and one or more contacts with their details (name, email, role, phone).

Vendors can be linked to actions, tickets, and other modules, creating traceability between work performed and the external parties involved. All communications related to a vendor are tracked through the comments section, giving your team a complete history of interactions.
