Vendor Detail View

The vendor detail view provides complete access to all information about a provider, including contacts, communications, and management options.

Accessing the Detail View

  1. Click Vendors in the left navigation bar
  2. Click on any vendor card to open its detail view

Sections in the Detail View

General Information

View all information registered for the vendor:

FieldDescription
NameProvider or company name
DescriptionServices, scope, or relevant details
ContactsAll associated contact persons

Contacts Section

View and manage all contacts associated with this vendor:

  • See contact name, email, role, and phone at a glance
  • Add new contacts
  • Edit existing contact information
  • Delete contacts that are no longer relevant

Comments Tab

The comments section provides a space for tracking communications and notes related to this vendor:

  • Write new comments to document conversations, agreements, or issues
  • Read previous comments from team members
  • Maintain a clear record of all interactions

Follow Conversation

Click Follow this conversation to receive notifications when:

  • Someone adds a new comment
  • Relevant changes are made to the vendor record

This helps team members stay informed about vendor-related updates without checking manually.

Available Actions

From the detail view, you can:

DeleteRemove the vendor if no longer needed

Deleting a vendor removes all associated contact information. Make sure this vendor is no longer needed before deleting.
