Complete an Action
Mark an action as Done when the task has been finished. Completing actions keeps your task list accurate and provides a clear record of work accomplished.
Before You Start
- You must be the assigned user or an administrator
- The work described in the action should be fully completed
Complete an Action
- Open the Actions module from the navigation bar
- Click on the action you want to complete
- In the detail view, locate the Status selector
- Change the status from the current state to Done
- The change is saved automatically

Who Can Complete Actions

| Assigned User | Only actions assigned to them |
| Administrator | Any action |
Before Marking as Done
Ensure the following before completing an action:
- The task described has been fully executed
- Any required evidence (photos, notes) has been added
- Costs and labor hours have been recorded if applicable
- Spare parts used have been documented

What Happens When You Complete an Action
When you mark an action as Done:
- The status change is recorded in the Activity section
- The action remains visible in the system for historical reference
- Reports and dashboards reflect the completion
- The action is removed from active task lists
Reopening a Completed Action
If an action was marked as Done by mistake or needs additional work:
- Open the completed action
- Change the status back to Open or In Progress
- The status change is recorded in the activity history

Tips
- Complete actions promptly to keep task lists current
- Add final comments or notes before marking as Done
- Review costs and documentation before closing
- Use filters to find actions ready for completion
