Search and Filter Users

Quickly find specific users in organizations with many team members. Use search and filters to locate users by name, email, or activity status.

Accessing the Users View

  1. Click Users & Teams in the sidebar
  2. The Users view loads by default, showing user cards

The search bar lets you find users quickly by typing part of their information.

  1. Locate the search bar at the top of the Users view
  2. Type your search term (name or email)
  3. Results update as you type

Using Filters

Filters help narrow down the user list based on specific criteria.

Available Filters

FilterDescription
NameFilter by first or last name
EmailFilter by email address
Last ConnectionFilter by when the user last logged in

Applying Filters

  1. Click the Filter button or filter icon
  2. Select the filter criteria you want to use
  3. Enter or select the filter value
  4. The user list updates to show matching results

Combining Search and Filters

You can use search and filters together for more precise results:

  1. Apply one or more filters
  2. Use the search bar to further narrow results
  3. Clear filters to return to the full list

Tips

  • Start with a broad search and narrow down if needed
  • Use email search when names are common
  • Clear filters before starting a new search to avoid confusion
  • The last connection filter helps identify users who may need to be removed
